Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of receipt. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must include the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
